In Oct. 2002, Jinan Weiji Venture Trading Co., Ltd. was established and started engaging in carbon products trade.

In Nov. 2004, Jinan Weide Thermal Materials Co., Ltd. was established, started processing carbon products.

In 2005, the first vacuum experimental furnace was put into use and began to explore high temperature equipment.

In May 2008, Yantai Zhuoyuan Carbon Fiber Composites Co., Ltd. was established, started high temperature equipment research and development.

In Jul. 2009, Shandong Weiji Carbon-Tech Co., Ltd. was established and the business of the company was integrated.

In Feb. 2010, the second vacuum furnace was put into use and the high-temperature vacuum treatment extended to a larger size.

In Sep. 2011, Shandong Weiji Carbon-Tech Co., Ltd. was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province.

In Mar. 2011, the high temperature furnace was tested successfully.

In Dec. 2011, Shandong Province High Temperature Carbon Materials Engineering and Technology Research Center was established.

In Apr. 2013, Shanghai Dawson Company merged into Shandong Weiji.

In Dec. 2014, the high temperature gas purification furnace (#3) was put into production. It can produce high purity products with only 5 PPM. Weiji was qualified to enter the high-purity carbon products market, and the purification technology has reached the world's top level.

In Sep. 2015, the company began to implement lean thinking to ensure the healthy growth of the company.

In Nov. 2015, Shandong Weiji moved into the new factory, realizing leap-forward development.

In Sep. 2017, the ERP system was implemented.

In Jan. 2019, the group edition of ERP was updated. The company became more information-based.

In 2021, another two high-temperature gas purification furnaces 7# and 8# were put into production. Which let the company successfully reach the largest purification capacity in China.
