• The growth of photovoltaic grade silicon single crystal is carried out in a crystal growth furnace at 1500 °C, and the thermal field components such as heaters are made of graphite. The thermal insulation of the thermal field is achieved by carbon fiber insulation.

•  Polycrystalline casting is obtained by directional solidification method. The heater consists of side heater, top heater, and bottom heater. Thermal insulation is also achieved by carbon fiber insulation.
